I am aware that my Veterinarian has recommended a tick clip on my pet.

Whether a tick has or has not been found already I am aware it is still possible for there to be more ticks on my pet and that despite thorough and frequent tick checks by the veterinary staff it is still quite possible a tick can be missed.

I am aware that statistics reveal an increase in mortality rate in those patients that do not receive a tick clip compared with those that do.

Having been informed of this information I still decline a tick clip on my pet and am aware that this does hold some risks and that I will not hold the The Village Vet or any of their staff responsible for any unidentified ticks that my cause further paralysis of my pet.
