How has the mentorship or collaboration with colleagues supported your professional growth?
I learn something new from my colleagues every day. They are commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and are extremely diligent with their case management. What I value most is that the team is always eager to learn, regardless of career stage, and there is always someone available to offer support, share knowledge, or collaborate on complex cases.

What kinds of cases or opportunities make working here unique compared to other clinics?
At The Village Vet, we manage a high volume of endocrine cases, which allows us to perform thorough work-ups, deliver tailored medical interventions, and work with our clients in the long-term management of these patients. A truly unique aspect of our clinic is our capacity to treat and cure hyperthyroid cats with radioactive iodine therapy. In addition, some of our veterinarians have advanced skills in ultrasound, including echocardiograms, enabling our patients to receive comprehensive diagnostics and care from the same familiar team of vets, nurses, and support staff.
