Veterinarian
Josephine (Josie) graduated from the University of Sydney in 2025 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Biology and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and is the newest addition to The Village Vet team.
Josie was born in Korea and is fluent in Korean. During her veterinary studies, she developed a strong enthusiasm for emergency medicine and critical care, surgery and neurology, and is looking forward to further developing her skills in these areas through ongoing study.
Josie enjoys the problem-solving nature of veterinary medicine and thrives on a challenge. She is dedicated to providing genuine, compassionate care and believes every pet is a valued member of their family.
At home, Josie has a Cavalier cross at home named Bunny, who has a big personality and takes up at least half of her camera roll. Outside of work, Josie enjoys travelling, skiing, and discovering new places to eat.
